All of the GPT Team members participate in continuing education, one way we help make sure everyone is up to date on the newest techniques and theories is through educational in-services performed in the clinics.
Pilates In-service:
Physical Therapist Assistant Nicolette Peltier-Bender educates the rest of the GPT team on the 5 basic principles of pilates. She is also shown here instructing the team on some basic mat exercises at GPT’s Worcester facility.
Pre/Post Natal In-service:
Physical Therapist Wendy Siet educates the GPT team on some common conditions that afflict pregnant and recently pregnant women. She also showed some manual techniques that benefit women who have these conditions. Wendy recently earned her Doctorate degree from Boston University.
Functional Training In-service:
Physical Therapist Melissa Magnussen educates the rest of the GPT team about the new concepts in functional exercises and training.
F1 Racing:
In February of 2006, the Greendale Physical Therapy team participated in a team building beginning of the year kickoff party that included awards, family, and go kart racing at F1 Boston!
New England Surge:
A night out at the game, the GPT Team go out to support the New England Surge in their first home game of their inaguara season. The Surge trounced their opponents winning the game 61-6.
