Greendale Physical Therapy (GPT) focuses on providing high-quality, individually designed treatment regimens tailored for each individual's unique rehabilitation needs. Our team is committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

GPT also provides state-of-the-art rehabilitation and exercise equipment, including Cybex machines, Nautilus machines, treadmills, recumbent bicycles, weight assist machines, variable range-of-motion machines, an aerobics studio, and free weights.

At GPT, we accept most insurance and offer affordable self-pay options. We strive to make visits to our clinic as convenient as possible by offering morning and evening appointments.

Our unique Physical Therapy Transitional Wellness Program is designed to provide our clients with a comfortable transition from injury and disease to long-term well-being as well as reduced risk of re-injury. Through this program, we have encouraged and supported many clients in continuing their exercise and wellness program even after their formal physical therapy treatment has concluded.
