Kelly graduated from Massachusetts Bay Community College in 2004 and more recently, finished a 13 month, 725 hour training program to earn her Therapeutic Massage license from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2009 and is a member of the AMTA. She is also certified as a personal trainer through NETA and a Pilates Instructor in Matwork Advanced and Standing Pilates through PhysicalMind Institute in New York.

As a PTA student, Kelly completed her internships here in Worcester at the UMass University Campus, Inpatient Cardiac floor and in the ICU, gaining much experience in multiple areas of physical therapy. She also spent time at the Metro West Medical Center in Framingham where she worked a great deal with joint replacements patients and was able to sit in on total hip and knee surgeries. Kelly has been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the outpatient setting for over 5 years. She is well versed in many manual techniques and therapeutic exercises to add to the care and treatment of a diverse caseload. She specializes in regional therapeutic massage, using techniques for specific pathologies to add in the recovery process.

As a massage therapist, Kelly has volunteered at many sporting events to perform pre/post massage for the athletes. Some of the events have included the 200 mile PAN-Mass Challenge, the Reach the Beach Relay Race-24 hour relay race and student athletes at Holy Cross College in Worcester. She is currently studying for the National Certification Exam.
