Our Story

Since opening our doors in 2002, Greendale Physical Therapy has grown into Central Massachusetts’ premier private practice, with six locations serving a wide range of patient needs. Our clinics include a neurological, balance, and vestibular center, a state-of-the-art orthopedic and sports center in Worcester, and a specialized aquatic therapy program. With over 30 therapists on our team, we’ve treated thousands of patients across Worcester, Shrewsbury, Clinton, Fitchburg, and Marlborough—and we continue to grow.

At Greendale, we believe every patient deserves focused, high-quality care. That’s why we provide 40-minute, one-on-one treatments, giving therapists the time and focus to deliver personalized rehabilitation that produces superior results. This approach not only benefits patients but also fosters a supportive work environment where our team thrives.

Our expertise spans outpatient orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, and aquatic physical therapy. We take a hands-on approach, integrating manual therapy into treatment plans to help patients recover faster and return to the activities they love.

Through Greendale Physical Therapy “U”, Tailored mentorship, and in-house courses, we provide unmatched support for both new graduates and experienced professionals. Greendale’s excellence has been recognized with multiple Readers’ Choice awards and national recognition from ADVANCE Magazine’s “Practice of the Year” contest. We were also selected as the first site for a nationwide study led by the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Acadia University on physical therapy outcomes for knee replacements, and we proudly served as part of the medical staff for the Rock and Roll Gymnastics Tour featuring Olympic athletes. We’ve also been honored with an award from the Better Business Bureau.
