Structured Orientation

• One-to-one personal training in Documentation Software
• One-to-one training in Medicare documentation requirements
• Training in Compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, Culture & Ethics)
• Training in Greendale Physical Therapy Policies & Procedures
• Slower-paced introductory schedule over 4 week period

Mentorship Program

• Access to Greendale’s Mentorship Advisor for connections with any of Greendale’s 40+ clinicians for structured and unstructured mentorship opportunities
• Structured time is available to meet with any of Greendale’s clinicians & learn their top skills
  • Manual Therapy Techniques
  • Therapeutic Exercise Interventions
  • Specialty Skills (Vestibular, Concussions, Sports Rehab, BFR, TMD, Dry Needling, Cupping, etc.)
  • Various Treatment Philosophies

Continuing Education Program

• In-House CEU Courses
• 100% reimbursement upon completion of 6 “core courses”
  • Over 20 core courses to choose from, covering manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, sports injuries, and special topics
  • Core course examples include Mulligan, McKenzie, Graston, Kinesiotaping, SFMA

When the Feet Hit the Ground

• 50% reimbursement for any other appropriate courses and certifications, with annual continuing education allowance for full-time and part-time employees. $2,000 annual benefit for full-time clinicians
• Greendale Pathways Program™: self-paced certification programs that align with professional goals and interests while earning license-required CEUs at no cost
