Here at Greendale Physical Therapy, we help with conditions that impact your musculoskeletal system. Healing a broken bone, for instance, involves more than a cast. When the cast comes off, the affected limb has often atrophied. Physical therapy helps you restore full mobility, range of motion, and strength.
If you have weight restrictions, or need an assistive device, then we can often train you on how to move and work with those sorts of devices or restrictions.
Physical therapy has a reputation for causing pain (and at some clinics that reputation is well-earned), but physical therapy can prevent much more pain when one follows a good program.
