Jon is a dedicated professional with a passion for advancing physical therapy and improving patient outcomes. As the founder and owner of Greendale Physical Therapy, Jon has been a driving force in the field since 2002, pioneering innovative rehabilitative services in the Central MA area.
Under Jon’s leadership, Greendale Physical Therapy has grown into a network of seven locations, including a specialized center offering neurological, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation, as well as an aquatic therapy program. Jon’s commitment to excellence has earned national recognition, including an honorable mention in the Advance Magazine for Physical Therapy and Rehab “Practice of the Year” contest.
Jon’s dedication to exceeding industry standards is reflected in Greendale Physical Therapy’s consistent outperformance in measurable categories and clinical benchmarks, providing exceptional care to thousands of patients and achieving numerous successful rehabilitations.
A firm believer in education and professional development, Jon established Greendale Physical Therapy U to enhance the skills of his therapists. Jon takes great pride in fostering a culture of growth and development within the Greendale team. His focus on professional development is deeply rooted in the belief that Tailored Mentorship is a key driver of both individual and organizational success. He is also a vocal advocate for the physical therapy profession, participating in PT Advocacy Day at the Statehouse and working with legislators on reimbursement initiatives.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jon has served as the physical therapist for Olympic athletes in the New England tour of the Rock and Roll Gymnastics Championships, demonstrating his expertise in sports rehabilitation. He has also been recognized for his community contributions, being named one of Worcester’s “13 People to Watch in 2013” by Pulse Magazine.
Jon is an active member of the Private Practice Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, where he has contributed to an industry publication and works to shape the future of the profession. His unwavering dedication to advancing physical therapy continues to inspire colleagues and patients alike.

Background
Suzanne has been an integral part of the Greendale team since her relocation to New England in 2012. With seven years of management experience and thirteen years of clinical care in outpatient orthopedics, Suzanne quickly established herself as a valuable asset. After serving as a staff clinician at Greendale for 16 months, she ascended to her current position as Director of Operations.
Throughout her tenure, Suzanne has been a pivotal force behind Greendale’s expansion, helping to grow the company from three to six locations. She is passionate about supporting and developing the Clinic Managers and plays a crucial role in the hiring and onboarding of new therapists.
Suzanne’s dedication to clinical excellence was evident early in her career, as she was honored with the K. Madison Smith Award upon graduating from Shenandoah University. She continues to contribute to her alma mater by serving on the selection committee for new award recipients. An active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Suzanne regularly advances her leadership and industry knowledge by attending the Private Practice Section Conference.
Committed to the ongoing growth of Greendale and the professional development of its therapists, Suzanne remains dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Kat has extensive administrative experience in the outpatient physical therapy field, spanning over 14 years. Her career began in 2010 at a private outpatient PT clinic, where she worked as an administrative assistant for more than a decade. Her experience equipped her with proficiency in a variety of administrative duties that are fundamental to the smooth operation of outpatient PT services, such as scheduling, patient records management, and communication with healthcare providers and patients. Additionally, Kat holds an associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Mount Wachusett Community College.
