Exercise Programs
We offer exercise programs to increase strength and endurance of leg/thigh, hip/buttock, deep core abdominal muscles (which support proper posture), and more. Our exercise programs are designed to help restore movement, increase muscle strength and endurance, decrease pain, improve function, reduce swelling, and increase the range of motion in affected areas. These interventions will help you return to your normal activities faster, including work and exercise.
Specific physical therapy treatments focus on:
- Strengthening, stretching, and range of motion exercises
- Postural awareness to take pressure off the back/leg muscles
- Exercises to improve strength and endurance of leg/thigh and hip/buttock
- Education on how to do self-exercise at home
