Neck Pain
If you have pain in your neck, the cause is usually from a range of factors. These can include herniated discs, arthritis, a cervical strain/sprain or even a pinched nerve. We will perform a thorough exam to determine which areas are causing pain and what factors led to that area becoming injured.
We then work to correct the problem through one or a combination of the following treatment methods:
- Stretching and strengthening exercises to improve range of motion and flexibility
- Cervical spine stabilization techniques to take pressure off the neck
- Manual therapies
- Modalities including heat, ice, and electrical stimulation
- Patient education regarding activities and posture
Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC helped me regain the strength in my ankles and feet to keep me walking and continue to exercise and golf. The staff are all well skilled, pleasant, and supportive. I would highly recommend them to my friends for PT. They are a great group!
