Background
Jon is a dedicated professional with a passion for advancing physical therapy and improving patient outcomes. As the founder and owner of Greendale Physical Therapy, Jon has been a driving force in the field since 2002, pioneering innovative rehabilitative services in the Central MA area.
Under Jon’s leadership, Greendale Physical Therapy has grown into a network of seven locations, including a specialized center offering neurological, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation, as well as an aquatic therapy program. Jon’s commitment to excellence has earned national recognition, including an honorable mention in the Advance Magazine for Physical Therapy and Rehab “Practice of the Year” contest.
Jon’s dedication to exceeding industry standards is reflected in Greendale Physical Therapy’s consistent outperformance in measurable categories and clinical benchmarks, providing exceptional care to thousands of patients and achieving numerous successful rehabilitations.
A firm believer in education and professional development, Jon established Greendale Physical Therapy U to enhance the skills of his therapists. Jon takes great pride in fostering a culture of growth and development within the Greendale team. His focus on professional development is deeply rooted in the belief that Tailored Mentorship is a key driver of both individual and organizational success. He is also a vocal advocate for the physical therapy profession, participating in PT Advocacy Day at the Statehouse and working with legislators on reimbursement initiatives.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jon has served as the physical therapist for Olympic athletes, demonstrating his expertise in sports rehabilitation. He has also been recognized for his community contributions, being named one of Worcester’s “People to Watch” by Pulse Magazine.
Jon is the author of 12 Lessons Every Practice Owner Wished a New Grad Knew About Getting Their Career Started, highlighting his dedication to mentoring and educating up-and-coming therapists.
Jon is an active member of the Private Practice Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, where he has contributed to an industry publication and works to shape the future of the profession.
